Beginner’s yoga focuses more on physical postures & moves slow enough for anyone to keep up while focusing more on safe alignment.  If done on a regular basis, you will likely see significant improvements in areas such as flexibility, joint range of motion, strength, balance, ability to manage stress, quality of sleep, happiness & overall well-being.

Sherman Nunn has over 35 years of martial arts’ experience.  Anyone can learn Tai Chi!  As a certified instructor with the Tai Chi for Health Institute, he uses their programs to help improve your quality of life, both physically and mentally.  You will be encouraged to exercise at your own pace in a non-competitive atmosphere.  Whether you are seated or standing, you will love Tai Chi for Health!

Daryll Taylor is a Personal Trainer who enjoys helping clients reach their training goals.  He takes a scientific approach to systematically help each client progress to his or her fitness objectives.  He incorporates the Optimum Performance Training program to help his clients increase strength, power, endurance, flexibility, speed, and coordination.

He is also a Certified Rehab Fitness Specialist.  This training allows him to implement techniques to prevent injuries and assist clients who suffer from physical limitations.  His approach is to combine his Personal Training and Rehab Fitness Specialist education to help clients to improve their health and performance.
