Beginner’s yoga is for everyone!  A practice that is both physical exercise as well as a discipline, it helps to improve toning, stamina, posture, strength, balance & flexibility, while simultaneously helping you de-stress, relax, feel healthier & more energetic. Beginner’s yoga focuses more on physical postures & moves slow enough for anyone to keep up while focusing more on safe alignment.  If done on a regular basis, you will likely see significant improvements in areas such as flexibility, joint range of motion, strength, balance, ability to manage stress, quality of sleep, happiness & overall well-being.

Tai chi movements emphasize weight transference to improve balance & prevent falls.  If you are looking to improve your mobility, this is the class for you!
